Slab Culture Weekly Wrap-Up:
Fireplaces, Showroom Upgrades & Big Deliveries It’s been another busy week at Slab Culture, and we’re excited to share some highlights from the workshop, the road, and the showroom.
A Statement Hearth in Wodonga
We installed a stunning 5-metre-long white fire hearth in Wodonga for an Alatalo Homes project. This beauty is getting paired with a Lacunza 800 wood heater, which will be installed by our friends at MJ Fowler Plumbing . It’s going to be a showstopper in the finished home.
Firing Up in Yarrawonga Next stop:
Yarrawonga! We installed another custom hearth for a new build by Afonso Homes. This one’s getting a Cheminee Philippe 846 4V, again to be installed by Matt Fowler. Big things happening across the border!
Fresh From Oblica
We received delivery of three sleek Stuv wood heaters from Oblica in Melbourne. These heaters are known for their minimal design and top-tier performance—perfect for our curated range.
Showroom Refresh
We’ve made some big changes inside our indoor showroom: out with the old benchtops and in with the new layout featuring the Stuv wood heaters. One of them— the Stuv 21—will be fired up soon as a working display, thanks again to MJ Fowler.
Outdoor Kitchens Incoming
We also received a major order from Outdoors Domain featuring outdoor kitchens complete with Gasmate appliances. Stay tuned as we prep for some exciting outdoor living displays!
Thanks for following along with what we’re building—literally.
Come visit our showroom soon or reach out if you're planning your own fire feature or outdoor kitchen.
See you next week, The Slab Culture Team
