SLAB CULTURE delivers all fabricated GFRC projects to your location for installation by our team of experts, because we back our products 100% and want to ensure that all our clients receive the best products and service.

 

Purchases from our online store are available for collection, shipping or delivery within 1-8 weeks from purchase, depending on availability of the product ordered or production timeframes.

 

Please contact us directly to discuss your specific delivery requirements – including clarification of your location, accessibility to site, your special requests and any information regarding access that we may need to be aware of, such as - dirt roads; lift access; steps; stairs; steep driveway; narrow entrance; or other.

 

Notice: This information regarding access to your site should be noted at checkout. Please note that additional charges may apply - if access is difficult to ingress and we are not informed prior to arrival onsite at your premises.

 

Online Shipping and Delivery Rates

 

Our online Shipping & Delivery Rates are based on weight per item.

 

Delivery will take place Monday-Friday during business hours. We will contact you a couple of days prior, to confirm the day and time for delivery.

 

All manufactured GFRC projects are delivered by SLAB CULTURE. Clients are welcome to collect their project or arrange for a third-party company to do so, in line with Terms and Conditions of Supply and Install.

 

If a client chooses to arrange their own collection and transport of any product from SLAB CULTURE, you are hereby advised that without due care and attention, cracking or other damage may occur. SLAB CULTURE will not be liable for items collected by the purchaser or their delivery/transport agent, nor for the cost of fixing and/or re-making a piece/s that are not delivered by SLAB CULTURE.

 

SLAB CULTURE is not liable for any damage to, or loss of, a project once delivered to site. When a piece/s is delivered by SLAB CULTURE and left in a safe place (should no one be home) or handed over to the client or site contact (builder, project manager etc.), it is acknowledged as the piece/s have been checked and accepted as being delivered in good condition and as ordered.

 

If a client would like SLAB CULTURE to install their piece/s, a Quote should be requested for this add-on service.
