ENCLOSURE SHIELDING
The Enclosure Shielding System is designed to be used with an inbuilt installation of our Open Fire Cookers where shielding from combustibles is required to be compliant with AS2918 - the Australian Standard for safe installations.
The Enclosure Shielding System needs to fit inside a cavity that has an extra 100mm of clearance to any combustibles. This clearance can be composed of non-combustible building materials or air gaps.

The Sideways Collection has been designed and engineered to meet the safe installation requirements stipulated in AS NZS 2918 (Australian and New Zealand for installation of solid fuel burning appliances).
Defined as cooking appliances, the Billy Sideways Collection complies with the AS NZS 4012 and AS NZS 4013 (Australian and New Zealand Standards for emissions and efficiency).
Meeting the Australian Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) requirements for air quality, these products can be installed throughout all of Australia (including New South Wales).
